How to make Chocolate at Home

Ingredients Required

1. Take the marie biscuits and grind into a smooth powder in a mixer grinder. Take this mixer powder in a bowl, add the coco powder into it.

2. Mix well, add 2 tbsp of butter first to it. Mix well. Now add the condensed milk one by one spoon slowly and carefully until you get a smooth dough (dont add more condensed milk it will be sticky). The dough should be non sticky add the remaining butter.

3. Take a small portion and make a ball, then flat the ball into a circle shape. Keep the seedless date in center and close it.

4. Roll the dates in the chocolate sprinkles or desiccated coconut. Or you can make small balls and roll out in sprinkles and insert a tooth pick . Keep it refrigerated and serve as per your wish.

Delicious chocolate is ready! Enjoy the chocolates..!

  • Condensed milk measurement mentioned above may vary depends upon the company of marie biscuits. so it is an approximate measurement. You can add as per the dough should not be more sticky. Be careful while adding it.
  • If you add more condensed milk, it will be sticky.
  • You can stuff Almond, hazelnut or any variety of nuts instead of dates. Its your wish.
