How to make Horse Gram Chutney

Method
1.Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, roast horse gram and red chill till nice aroma comes. switch off and let them to cool. Take a mixer grinder, add coconut, tamarind , roasted horse gram , chilli along with salt.
2. Grind it into a smooth paste. Temper the mustard seeds, urad dhal and curry leaves along with hing into the chutney.
Serve this thuvaiyal with hot rice along with rasam.
Note:
- The number of chilli can be increased depends upon you spice level. It should be spicy will tastes more.
- You can roast and add a garlic pod instead of hing before grinding. it will also tastes awesome.
- Adding of hing or garlic is must in order to reduce gas formation because kollu have a tendency to form gas in stomach.
