
Method
1.Cut the mixed veggies(carrot,beans,potato,cauliflower,peas etc) into cubes or thin slices
2. Take thick and thin milk from coconut.
3. Heat oil in pan add cinnamon, cardamom, clove,fennel seeds one by one and add onion saute until translucent.
4. Add green chili,curry leaves and thinly sliced ginger to it and saute.Then add cubed veggies into it and saute for a minute.
5. Add thin coconut milk to it and let them cook the veggies, until soft.
6. At last add thick coconut milk to it and boil for a minute.
7. Serve hot with Appam or Idiyappam
Note
Use fresh coconut milk while making this gravy it gives right taste and aroma.
