
Method
1.First crumble the paneer and keep it aside.( If u r using frozen paneer, put the paneer in hot water for 15 to 20 Min's and then squeeze the excess water and then scramble it.) Second chop the veggies into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, once they fried add onion followed by chopped ginger and green chillies, fry for a minute.
3. When onion turns light brown add chopped tomatoes, fry till they soft.
4. Then add finely chopped capsicum and fry it for a minute.Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder(optional) stir it well. then add garam masala and lemon juice into it and mix it well.
5. Finally add crumbled paneer and let them cook for some time in order to blend the spices. don't cook the paneer for long time it become hard.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatis.
Note: you can add cooked carrots and peas to enhance the taste of bhurji. You can add multicolour capsicum to look bhurji colourful. |
